This 5 course short course is a succession of small, artfully presented dishes, each carefully crafted to build on the last. It typically commences with the tradition of “breaking bread” with freshly baked bread, served alongside a French indulgence of Escargot (for the less adventurous, (mushrooms are an alternative to snails) The experience progresses through a refined Risotto course before advancing to a hearty main course featuring Queensland’s finest beef. The meal concludes with a classic French dessert.
